Q: I find that my menstrual periods have become quite heavy on my antidepressants/anti-psychotic medications. Have any other women noted this symptom while on Bipolar medication?

If antidepressants affect folic acid metabolism, and folic acid levels affect clotting ability, can antidepressant use cause heavy menstrual periods?
