Hi,

I'm trying to put the peices together. You talk about a 'current state of mood'. By this, do you mean a recent state, or are you referring to the past two years? I also can't quite connect with the statement about him not telling the doctor's the truth about how he really feels. Is this since he has been hospitalized or during the time he was hospitalized - where presumably his meds would have been reviewed. I think it's just a case of getting the time-line in some sort of order.
