I have always been irritable and angry and avoid contact with people. Although I work as a window clerk at a post office, I struggle to relate. I am a perfectionist in my work and am very strict about following what is right and what is wrong. I am considering looking into cognitive behavior therapy in order to get at the root of my anger issues with people. My thought process is always filled with negativity about how others conduct themselves and how "stupid" people have become to me. Can you suggest if the cognitive behavior approach is the way to go to help me and if you could provide me with any cognitive therapist in Connecticut. Thank you Ed Michaud

Start off I take 200mg of seroquel a day, and other medication. Did you ever think you just might need a change of job, maybe some thing you don't have to deal with people to much , you might be very frustrated which makes you angrey and need your own space and a change, talk to some one who knows you your doctor, friends, family some one you trust with these issures and understand, God Bless Angie.
