Q: Does self esteem help one recover from bipolar disorder?

Thank you for your answer.  I would also like to know if a person with bipolar works on their self esteem, that recovery is quite possible.  Recovery meaning much fewer episodes to no episodes.  I have heard two takes on recovery.  One that it is a fad, and another that it is real.

Thank you
