Here is a great book for your friend to read...Stop Walking on Eggshells: Taking Your Life Back When Someone You Care About Has Borderline Personality Disorder by Paul T. Mason and Randi Kreger  I know that it is for Borderline Personality Disorder, and I think most of us have it, atleast I suffer from it also.  But it seems to help my husband alot.  BTW, John (who runs this site) has a great book too.  Living Well with Depression and Bipolar Disorder: What Your Doctor Doesn't Tell You...That You Need to Know by John Mcmanamy.

I also think that we have our own distinct way of going haywired.  So your friend probably would be a better judge of seeing yours coming on.  Have him/her tell you about it When your not in a session.

Are we that bad?  I know that I am!  I always feel trapped inside myself, and can't stop whomever has taken over my mouth.  It will go on and on...what seems like forever.
