Q: I need to know as much as possible about dysthymia/Cyclothymia as possible. I know all bout Major depressive disorder, Biploar, Narcolepsy, OCD, ...however, I still feel helpless in managing this sim

Is it normal to need average of 11 hours sleep in order to manage my Dysthymia and be as functional as possible?
