Q: Does anyone know of any Bipolar support groups in southern California?

I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder recently but I have been dealing with manic and depressive episodes for years. I have tried therapy but its becoming too expensive and I don't feel like I'm getting the right support. My main problem is dealing with bipolar disorder and not having anyone to relate with so I am left feeling like an outcast. My grandfather has bipolar disorder but he lives far away and its hard to keep in contact. I feel like it would do me a great benefit to meet some people with my same problem. If anyone knows of anything please let me know! Thanks.
