My 4 year old son is out of control. He Aggressive behavior. He is always beating on his little brother and little sister. my husband and I punish him but nothing works. When we tell him not to do something he still does it and if we sit him down he gets up says " i don't have to listen to you" Then he will proceed doing what he was doing. His dad has Bipolar disorder so I'm wondering where can I go and get him diagnosed of that. His family doctor won't until he is 5 but this behavior has been going on for 2 yrs now and we need help. This behavior started when he was 2 and I'm to the point that I'm going to send him off to military school if there isn't a doctor that is willing to help us with him. He is always threatening to hurt us and we us punishment like time outs and taking things away. we never whipped our kids because nowadays your not allowed to do that.  Does anybody know where we could go and get our son diagnosed of Bipolar?
