How can I find a FREE support group for bipolars like myself ?

I am between jobs, and need a support group that does not require insurance. I have been to support groups such as AA and other 12 step programs, and they are free, but they all "roll their eyes" when I mention "bipolar".  My predominant issue is Bipolar, and I was hoping that going to such…
