Just about everyone I know has exam phobia!  I know I did when I was  in law school.  I studied as much as I could and then realized that that was the best and all that I could do.  You need to tell yourself that you are smart and that are you are going to do good, be positive.  I think almost everyone has dealt with this in their life, where the closer the exam comes, the more they freak out thinking they are going to do horrible and not remember what they need to.  Talk to others in your class too-that might help because then you'll realize that they are thinking the same way you are!  You might ask someone in your class to study with you as well.  That might give you new ideas on studying styles/ways and help you to make sure that you haven't missed anything when going through your notes.  When in law school, I studied a little every night.  Then the night before I would do a general look over to make sure I understood everything and had covered all topics.  Then I would put everything away and out of sight.  Sit back and relax for the evening, watch TV, etc. and don't think about the exam.  But the key is to think positive and that you can do it!!
