Hello Windy

How many is too many?  In your manic state can you determine what is excessive?  Are you feeling bad about this now?  Social sites are for socializing and that is what you are doing.  If you ever feel like it is excessive maybe write out your responses and save them for the day and then if you still feel like posting them...then you can.  It may be hard for you to judge how you are coming across right now on facebook but chances are that it is just fine.

Do you have a blog?  Maybe you could also take that energy and write a ton of blog posts.  I think the trick with mania is to channel all that energy and creativity into something you can really run with but where you have some boundaries so that you don't feel weird or awkward after.

Remember that these are just my opinions.  I hope that other members will chime in to share their experiences.

Thank you.  This helps a lot.  When I'm in that mood to post a lot I try to remember only post like 2-3 things at a time and revist later.  I definitely can get carried away...    Another point you have mentioned about feeling weird afterwards, is perfect insight that I guess I was experiencing a bit of mania but I don't realize it at the time because it just feels right.  I hope this makes sense.

Well anyway thank you.
