Anxiety is eating my Lunch!

I have constant anxiety. It's there when I wake up and it's there when I go to bed. I need a way to shut my brain off. Went to the doc yesterday and was given Seroquel (sp). Im hoping this works, but I have never heard of it before. Was wondering if any one knows about it.
