Comments of thoughts to this situation, please

I have accepted what in my profession we call "weekend package".  Turnover is bad and I'm dependable so I will try to work doubles Saturday & Sunday.  32 hours and get paid for 40.  I will be off Monday-Friday.  I'm afraid it will mess up my steady pattern of 1st shift, but my daughter is very sick right now and every day... Read moreChevron

Living with Bipolar Disorder

Hello all! I am new to the commmunity and have joined today. Sometimes I get very frustrated when I get really stressed, and I need to find a way to stay calm without displaying my frustration on the outside, especially at work. ( I do take Clonazepam as needed by the way). Does anyone have any tips?

My thought on genetics.

I am pretty sure that scientists do not believe that bipolar disorder is strictly genetic. They have done studies of twins where one twin had bp and the other did not.
