Bipolar Depression

Help. I am having so many problems I don't know where to start. I lost my job 2 weeks ago and have been asleep most of the time since. I am taking cymbalta, lamictal and seroquel. Omega -3 found in fish oil can be benifital to overcoming of our Bi-Polor. Ask your Doctor about a little in supplment form can do wonders.Ask them it has done wonders for me.
