How mother do I talk to my hypomanic mother

CONCERNED...

I have been with my boyfriend for 4 and 1/2 yrs. I love him so much but i get worried b/c he doesn't wanna take medicine and sometimes i do think he needs it to calm him down. How to deal with the mania
