Does it even help to cry anymore, does it help when we act strong and cry all alone, why do we get so hurt, it doesnt help at all that they never really see or hear us. husband of someone with bipolar

I believe my wife has bipolar II, as it runs in her family. he grandmother died with it, her aunt has been treated for it and her mother is being treated for it, but she thinks everybody else is crazy.
