obsession
I just read the article on obsession and was dissapointed. There was not one answer as to how to stop the obsessions. The article was me in the flesh and it is very discouraging to have such thoughs on a regular basis.Thanks,Shirley

Bipolar with BPD attached with it
I just went to my doctor and he has advised me that I am Bipolar and he now believes I have Borderline Personality Disorder. I still haven't learned how to cope with being Bipolar without another issue being thrown into the loop.. Any advice Jen

there illness managment v,s our sanity

Not feeling so well today
