ECT-TMS-MST

Lets hear more about TMS, ECT, MST, etc for depression and bipolar therapy. All of these have either been shown to be more effective than drugs or psychotherapy, or have that potential, but we hear little about them. The durg companies seem to drown them out. Meds are not the only answer!!! Mike

Bipolar meds

My 15 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Mild Bipolar, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. The medications prescribed are Zonegran (for bipolar) and Lexapro (depression). She has lost 17+ pounds since starting the Zonegran, and her psychiatrist insists that it's not the medication. We are getting a second opinion next week. Anyone... Read more Chevron
