Just so angry today

I find myself so angry today, for one I am tired, I have four kids who are driving me nuts, and my husband has been gone for 2 months.  I have had enough!  I just want to be left alone (by the kids) so I can veg out in front of the tv or just go to sleep!  I hate this side of my bipolar the anger that is so hard to control..........

school.... blah

school is coming to an end. 8 days left. the last 2 day will be finals, which i will have to take all of because of being absent to go to the doctor. which is a little frustrating. the end of school makes things stressful. there are so many thing to think about. well i have to get back to class... goodbye until next time.

Bipolar & excercise
