Rough patch.....

Right now, I am going through one of the most trying and toughest times of my life....personally (within my marriage), at work, and within myself. Just Diagnosed

I was recently diagnosed with bipolar. My doctor gave me paperwork,worksheets to do, but I feel like I have been put outside with the wolves. Now What?
