Actor Richard Dreyfuss on being bipolar

Actor Richard Dreyfuss--famous for his role in Jaws and other Hollywood hits--says it has taken half of his life to understand the ins and outs of his bipolar disorder. The 61-year-old Dreyfuss says that the disorder is so much a part of him he wouldn't know how to separate it from his personality. In this article, Dreyfuss goes on to say that he has a problem with the phrase "mental health disorder," and he says people should understand more about BPD before they attempt to stigmatize it.  Read full story >
