How to Use This Site

Bipolar disorder is one of the most common mental illnesses, affecting over two percent of the U.S. population.  While there is not yet a cure available for this long-term condition, the good news is that it can be treated, and people with bipolar disorder can lead satisfying and productive lives.

Whether you have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, think you may have the condition or are caring for a loved one, being armed with information about the disease will allow you to take the necessary steps to protect your health.
