well my surgeon called two days after my lumpectomy and informed me i will need to return for surgery so they can take more nods. one of the six had cancer. my breast is so swollen and hard and my shoulder area is numb. they want to go in the same site that means i have to heal all over again. i still don't no my treatment plan yet i meet with my surgeon Monday to discuss the findings this far then i go the next day to have the extra nods out. a week has past since the lumpectomy.  in the mean time I'm drinking more green tea reduced to one cup of coffee per day no red meat organic fruits and vegetables more is better (raw is best) no more bottled water only filtered not to forget my multivit. did i leave any thing out? "O" I've been walking 2-3 miles per day for the last 1 1/2 years. i don't smoke but i do like my wine maybe i should switch to red.
