I have a lot of questions today. I was wondering if any one became pregnant while taking tamoxfin? I am not pregnant but was just wondering. What would happen and how could this make the cancer come back?

Yes, tamoxifen actually makes a woman more fertile than normal, and pre-menopualsal women taking tamoxifen are urged to use birth control. If you become pregnant while on tamoxifen, and continue to take it, there's a slightly increased risk of birth defects. Pregnancy doesn't cause cancer to return. PJH
