I saw the Onc yesterday and got the results to my petscan. Cancer has spread to my lungs, liver and bones. It's so hard to have faith after hearing that. But I will try because I want to be here for my children more than anything. Any advice or any websites I should go to, please let me know.

Tiffany, I'm sorry to hear that your cancer has spread. you might want to check out these two online support groups: bcmets.org and Advanced Breast Cancer Support Community.
<!--StartFragment-->Pete Bevin is the host for the mailing list at www.bcmets.org, which he and his late wife Menya Wolfe started in 2000. The bcmets mailing list works through your email. People write the list with questions and comments and respond through email. I'm a member of a similar group that Pete hosts and I've developed very close relationships with people on the list.
A newer support group is the Advanced Breast Cancer Support Community at http://www.inspire.com/groups/advanced-breast-cancer/ run by a group called Inspire. According to the website, “Inspire was created in 2005 by a group of friends. We envisioned a place where we as patients, caregivers, family and friends could support one another, and where we could do so in a safe, secure, privacy-protected environment.”
You'll probably hear from some people with mets who have lived a long time with a good quality of life despite their mets.
<!--EndFragment-->Thank you so much. I really need to hear all the good stories and the people who 've been here for a while fighting mets.
