About Me

Wife, Mother of 5 grown children, Grandmother to 13. My husband and I love sitting on our patio, feeding birds, squirrels and hummingbirds. He has a very gentle nature when it comes to wildlife and ME! I love cooking, baking and watching funny movies! I love attending Church, listening to inspirational music and talking to my grandchildren. I love camping with my husband in our 5th Wheel and shopping...eating out....laying in his arms...

I was just diagnosed with Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma in the right breast and had a lumpectomy on May 3, it was ok, clear margins. Had a chest xray, blood work and a bone scan on the 9th of May, came back negative. Am going in for Lymph Node Removal on May 22, and am waiting for the results of the HR 2 and Hormone levels.

I couldn't say the word "CANCER" for the first week....I still can't believe it has happend to ME!! My husband is very supportive and kind and loving...He's been my darling for 40 years come this July!
