Healthy Recipe: Berry Crumble
While it’s important to maintain a healthy weight to help prevent breast cancer – either a recurrence, or a first diagnosis – many of us find it difficult to keep those pounds off, especially after menopause. It’s a challenge to give up the sweets and other baked treats we’ve always enjoyed. This simple berry crumble, with its filling of lightly sweetened berries and topping of nuts and oats, is super-tasty, and simple to make: it “bakes” in the microwave.
