Yes for blueberries! They are my lifeline, full of anti-oxidants and fiber. As to my drink of choice, cappuccino tops the list with its anti-oxidant espresso and calcium-laden non-fat milk. :-) XO Jan

The only thing is, be careful when you buy them. They are now coming from Chile, and that country has NO REGULATIONS. Even the ORGANIC ONES - DON'T BUY THEM IF THE COME FROM CHILE!
