hi my name is sabina and i need help fnding my mom a clinic or someone that she can go for a free mammogram and free breast exam in los angles we went to one in hollywood and they told her it was cysts and put her on meds for it and a month later it's still thire andshe is in alot of pain so we wnt t a place were she payed 150 to get a mammogram and breast exam and told he she hadto go back to the doctor who told it was cysts and that they would send the x-rays to them and when my mom call the doctors today to see if they got the x-rays they said they did'nt have any record of her ever being there. so please help me i need to help my mom
Hi Sabrina - kudos to you for trying to help your mom. You sould like a wonderful daughter.
Here's the information for free/reduced cost mammograms for women in California. The rub is, you can't have already had a mammogram to qualify. So since they don't seem to have any record of your mom anyway, I suppose she can say she hasn't had a mammogram - since the one she had isn't any use since the X-rays are lost.
