Radiation nerves?

By KayeD Friday, March 07, 2008

Hi Jean:

I'm not a year out of radiation, not by a long-shot.  I just finished last week; however, during radiation, no problems.  Now?  I have shooting pains in my breast and my right arm (cancer was in my right breast) hurts!   My radiation oncologist said I'm fine and this is nerves firing off.  This appears to be a logical explanation for me; could it be for you as well?

Thanks for this comment. I've forwarded it to Jean to make sure she sees it. I'm sorry to hear of your pain as well. Here's some info you might find helpful:
