I had pre cancer cells to show up last fall in my right breast.  I had a lumpectomy first week of Nov. 08 and the cancer had not spread.  The Dr. said we caught it in time.  I had 30+ radiation treatments.  I still  have itching, pain, and soreness in my breast.  My last treatment was Jan. 9.  Is this normal? Hi - It actually takes many women a long time to shed the side effects of radiation, be they fatigue, skin issues, or pain/itching. So, hang in there; gradually, over time, all of this should fade. In the meantime, let your doctor know what's going on; maybe he/she can recommend something to help. Good luck - PJH
