My right bra (the one with cancer) is already smaller than the left one. So, with the lumpectomy it is more obvious.

Sandy, if you're small-breasted, I'd stick with the sports bra; it'll certainly be the most comfortable. Your other option would be a padded bra, which would smooth out any "divots" left by the lumpectomy. Readers, anyone else have some advice for Sandy? PJH

Yes. This is an issue.
I have been wearing the "Champion" sports bra, available at stylish, Target. They have a racer back and this helps for ride-up.
All my other gorgeous padded bras, I just can't stand to wear, they are so uncomfortable now!
Go for the work-out bras with the racer back (t-back), they really help me.
