Now more than ever, women need to make their voices heard and hold elected officials and candidates accountable to a real agenda to end breast cancer.

Its hard to believe after nearly a decade of Congressional support, we still have no funding for research into breast cancer & environmental factors.  Candidates need to do more than light buildings pink, wear ribbon pins and walk in parades. They need to finally make sure their actions meet their words.

Leaders will listen if women take an active role in setting the agenda for research and access to health care.  No one can do it for us, we have to do it on our own.  Take charge!

And thanks, Fran, for your tireless leadership.
