    Dear Fran,

Thank you for all you do .. your hard work is recognized by all in the breast cancer world and is more appreciated than you can ever imagine.  As a mom of a ten year inflammatory breast cancer survivor, diligently working to get word out about this insidious disease not only to the general public but to the medical community as well, how are the DOD monies distributed? Simple question and most likely a complicated answer but I do look forward to hearing the answer.
