      <description>Hi, I was diagnosed with Stage 0 DCIS, and after lumpectomy, turned out it was high grade comedo type with a 5-51/2 centimeter affected area. The margins were clear on the first try and no sentinel node biopsy was done, but now that I have been diagnosed hormone receptor negative, I'm torn between radiation and MRI follow-ups, or mastectomy.
I'm told I'm not a "textbook case", and was wondering if anyone has similar experience with this type of...</description>
