Hi, My name is Pauline. I am 51 years old. I happened to be looking for info on breast cancer recurrence and found this site. I have been reading a few of the entries and already feel a bit more relaxed about recent news. I had a lumectomy, radiation and tamoxifin for invasive dcis in 1999. In june 2006 I had a bilateral mast. after a mammo found dcis again. Recently I had an ultrasound (I felt a lump.) The radiologist decided we need a biopsy of the area. I only remember the word "mass". Next week I am having a biopsy. I am having difficulty being optimistic about this. Reading a few of your entries has helped. Thank You!
