I have stage 1 no lymph nodes involved, but invasive components & am now being asked that 3-4 more tests be done on the breast tissue before seeing the oncologist due to my rare body chemistry making it hard to read. it's another waiting game now. I met with my surgeon 2 days after being told it's cancer. I remember some of what he said - didnt really know at that time what to ask. For me a lump was not a big deal unless it became large or painful, which this was so I just went to have it aspirated.
