My Grandmother and 2 Aunts on my Mothers side have been diagnosed with breast cancer. My sisters and I have been told to keep an eye out for any differences. I have been finding small dimple areas around my nipples and small darkening spots on my nipples. I can't find any unusual lumps because I have a large amount of fibroid cysts on both breasts. Is this dimpling and spots something I should get checked out, or is just a normal thing with getting older? I am 41.
