sleepless ness after 8 months of treatment

hi this article is right for me. I completed my breast cancer treatment in march. i work a hectic day but that doenot induce any sleep and canot get sleep all the night.
I will try this sleep change pattern from today. I was using Tylenol PM but i became increasingly concerned to use it every night. How long will i live on sedatives. I am needing a non medical remedy for this.
