Hello Sisters,

 

with one hand, i will tell you the short version....lump went well! my surgeon was confident they got clean margins around it. She took out the sentinel node and the next one up, and they looked clean too, but no 100% until the path lab comes back with the report on Friday. 

 

But it looks really good. The docs say mammos every 6 months for 2 years, then one a year for the rest of my life...

 

 6 weeks of radiation to follow once i am healed. And 5 ears of tamoxifen. Hoping for a great path report and a quick recovery.

 

need to lie down now and rest! hugs to you all!
