Hey, Peg, one thing I remember the nurses telling me is, DON'T wait till you're unbelievably constipated before calling them. Better to call sooner, so why not give them a call and ask for a prescription, if that's what you need to GET GOING? :)

OMG! I forgot to tell you about the no crapping clause! Okay, that's it. I'm coming to see you. I have these pills called Oxy Powder and OMG, you will be pooping, glorious glorious relief. I'll give you like 8 of them. You'll be able to take your pain pills and not suffer from them! I was having SUCH a hard time after surgery and chemo with that... I couldn't go, and when I did it was rabbit pellets that tore me up. I bled a lot. It was horrific. I took senokot (an herbal laxative my Dr told me to try) and spent the entire night writhing in agony, sweating crying and doubled up in pain and still no poopin. Oxy Powder is an oxygen based colon cleanser (google it). It's very easy on you... no pain no bloating no gas... just extreme poopage. I called the manufacturer even, to see if there were any drug interactions. They said no. Yay! Call me an let me know if you want me to drop some off. I'll bring you snacks, head pats and silly movies!

    hugs,

    -Trace

For all to know: I am very lucky that I met Tracey (RACUH) on this site. We live about 15 miles from eachother and actually got to meet!

She brought me Oxy Poopy pills! And yes, they work. So Tracey, please post the full name of this stuff, so I can get some more!

Thank you for the emergency house call, and it was so amazing to meet you and get to know you better!

You are so pretty in real life!

    Love, Peg.
