I often feel that I have to endure both her stress and mine. Her frequent temper tantrums are getting harder and harder to tolerate. We are only 5 months past her last chemo and the fear of reoccurence is dominating her thoughts. There seems to be nothing I can do to allay those fears.

Sounds like you both need some help coping... I think your wife might want to talk to social services where she was treated, see if there's a survivors' support group. Or, better yet, a survivorship program. She needs help dealing with her "new normal." And you need some TLC, too... It's HARD being a caregiver - harder than having cancer, I think. Please take a look at our husbands and partners site; you might just find some sustenance there. Good luck - PJH
