Even before reading statistics on exercise and its help preventing Breast Cancer Reoccurence, I have been a firm believer in exercise for many problems such as arthritis, depression, heart health, etc. Even on the days that I don't feel that great, I either go to the gym or walk around the neighborhood. I can truthfully say that I always feel better after the exercise, physically as well as mentally. Although, I do go the gym, you can do just as well just walking, as stated by P.J. Hamel.

I can find this preventive a lot easier to do than take the darn pills they want me to take! I still have the Femara sitting on my bedside table staring at me and each time I think I will start it, I remember how bad I felt after the Arimidex. Oh well, that's another story! SMILE!!!!
