Thursday, August 09, 2007 at 12:34 PMI know that continued prayers helped me during surgery, treatments and recovery. It is so wonderful that people I do not know continue to prayer for me. God removed my fear and gave me strength to face each day. I truly have a lot to be thankful for.

Though it helps so many of us, I realize formal religion isn't for everybody. But I do believe spirituality - understanding that there IS a "higher power" of some kind, knowing that there's help available beyond the limits of your own resources – is huge.
