Thanks for such a great list of resources, PJ.  I've started using the "notes" feature on my smart phone to keep a list of my medications.  When I go to the doctor's office, I just hand the phone to the nurse when she updates my chart.  I used to keep that list on my computer, but then I had to remember to update it and print it out before the appointment.  Now it's with me all the time.  It's not an "app," but it is another easy way to use a feature of a smart phone.
