Hi PJ.

Well its great to see that today you have done what you always do best and that is share!!!! even when you are going through a bit of rough patch yourself.

Thank you so much for all in the insights into BC,   and yes, the list appears endless at times with all the information  readily available to us.    Stranglely, I only seem to fit into category 1 and 10, being female and that I have a high bone density.  And I was told that I should always keep myself fit, strong and healthy and by doing weight bearing exercise which I have done for many years now, to find out that perhaps it has all been in vain?????

You know the old adage, "everything in moderation" still seems to fit so perfectly with me because the more we evolve into the amazing world of science and research, it seems that no matter what we do, the research  finds that it is absolutely no good for you and that we can end up with cancer or some other dis-ease that will kill you.

So, I now put my own "top 10" into play.

1. Laugh lots

2. Hug heaps

3. Spread good cheer

4. Family first and friends forever

5. Love every moment of every day.

6. Get an animal.

7. Enjoy NOW and don't save up for a rainy day.

8. Enjoy nature often.

9. Eat and drink healthy ingredients

10. Definitely have "1" glass of red each day.

We are a short time alive and a long time deceased and I believe the more things we can do in our life that give us that "warm fuzzy" feeling is a life that has been lived and not wasted.

Take care and have a fabulous day.

Maz. x

Maz, you've got the situation nailed, as usual. I copied and pasted your list into an e-mail and sent it around. SUPER advice. I'm just missing the pet... my son's tarantula died, but he (she?) wasn't the most loving pet in the world, anyway, and the fish want to be my friend only as I'm sprinkling food into their tank. Maybe when I retire - oh, about a million years from now, when I can afford it. HA. Thanks again- PJH
