Thanks for sharing this latest research, PJ.  For those of us who have struggled with chemobrain, it is reassuring to know that it is related to treatment.  Although people would tell me that other older folks had the same issues, I knew it couldn't be aging because I was getting both better and older!  I could see gradual improvement over the course of about five years, and then I leveled off.  What hit me hardest was number memory and concentration.  Now finding the words I need is getting harder again, and this time I'm willing to admit it must be aging!
