I was told by my doctor that i should wait until I am done my treatment before i have reconstructive surgery..is that ok..i have heard of women getting in the same surgery when they have there breast removed..I dont know if i should wait or should i insist in having it done the same day???

Hi I have just be told I have invasive ductal carcinoma..I am only 28 yrs old and I am wondering what the survival rate is with this type of cancer..? I am just so scared and dont really know how to handle all this..
