Breast MRI "best at detecting cancer" in high-risk women

A new study has found that breast magnetic resonance imaging (breast MRI) can accurately detect tumors missed by mammogram and ultrasound in women at high risk for breast cancer. 

 

Of all the breast imaging tools currently available, researchers at the University of Washington School of Medicine say that MRI is "clearly the best at detecting cancer."
