I'll be there in spirit with you!!! If you see some etheral figure floating by with a margarita in hand (cuervo, on the rocks, lots of salt), you'll know I made it!!! Love ya! Laurie

Saturday, March 01, 2008 at 08:45 PMHi Sandy,
Great to hear such enthusiasm in your words! You truly do have something very BIG to celebrate in 10 days...goodbye chemo! Be sure to stay in touch, especially if you decide to sport that snazzy new green wig!
Yes, it's snowing down here, too...again! Ah, the joy of winter wonderland. Fun to share it with you!
Take good care, dear Sandy, and write soon.
Best to you,
Maria

Monday, March 03, 2008 at 12:18 PMHi
I'm so thrilled for you.I read this post like an excited kid.I'll be having my second-last chemo on March 13 and the last one on April 3.I can't wait for that day.But after a three-week break my radiotherapy will begin.Oh yes! You must have a po'chemo party, but don't throw the pink wig away.I also plan to survey my chances of a reconstruction because even at the age of 62.I've always been slim and love dressing up well.My heart will break if I can't get my shape back again. Here's wishing you all the happiness you deserve for being such a gem of a person.
